Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product. However, products that are hand-made, custom, or made to order are not returnable. Returns may incur a 10% stocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the provided address.
In the event that your product is damaged during transit, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, we will provide a return label at no cost if necessary.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to our return address, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item initiate a return request, or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Should your item arrive damaged, you do not necessarily need to initiate a return request. Just send us an email with the order number, and photos of both the damaged product and the parcel it arrived in to Info@pooltableplace.com, and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to proceed. It is important to contact us immediately in the event of damage, as most shippers and manufacturers won't cover damage after a period of time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Once placed, we will begin the process of fulfilling your order. If your item has not been shipped*, and is not hand made, you may cancel your order for a full refund. If your order includes hand made products, once they have begun production, we cannot cancel the order. Hand made items usually begin production in 1-3 Business days. If you are unsure if a product is hand made, please email us for help.
*An item may have been shipped before your order status is changed to "shipped". We update orders as fast as we receive the information from manufacturers and shippers.
